[ In short ]
  • We only use your details to reply to you and provide our services.
  • We don't sell your information.
  • Email us any time to see or delete what you've sent us.

01What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email, website and message) so that we can reply to you. If you ask us to email you an audit report, a custom agent demo or our partner deck, we receive your email, any details you add, and the audit results, demo chat or calculator figures it relates to. We also note how you arrived (for example the ad or link you clicked) so we can tell which marketing works. If you agree to analytics and advertising cookies, the tools listed under "Cookies & analytics" also record how you use the site. When you use the live AI agent demo or the AI audit, the messages you type and the web address you submit are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response.

02How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and provide our services. We don't sell your information. Demo chats and audits only reach us if you ask us to follow up, and are never used to build marketing lists.

03Third parties

We use Vercel to host this site, Anthropic to power the AI demos, FormSubmit to deliver form messages to our inbox, and Google Fonts for typography. If we switch on Vercel Web Analytics, it counts page visits without cookies. The analytics and advertising tools below are only used as described in the next section. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

04Cookies & analytics

To measure our ads and improve the site we can use the tools below. Each one only runs once it has been switched on for this site. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner, and none of these tools load for them until they accept: analytics tools need "Analytics", advertising tools need "Advertising". Elsewhere they run by default, and you can switch them off at any time with "Cookie settings".

What they record: pages viewed, how far you scroll (25%, 50%, 75%, 90%), time actively spent on a page, clicks on our main buttons, clicks on WhatsApp, email, phone and booking links, use of the pricing currency picker, running the free AI audit (and its score), messages sent to the live agent demo (not their text) and demo bookings, when you send us a form (which form, plus an estimated value we set for that kind of enquiry), and the cookie choice you made. They also see the page address, the ad or link you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location from your IP address.

  • Google Analytics 4 (analytics). Measures the activity listed above so we can see which pages and campaigns work. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years). Google Analytics keeps this data for up to 14 months.
  • Google Ads (advertising). Tells Google when a visit from one of our ads turns into an enquiry, or a click on our WhatsApp, email, phone or booking links. When you send us a form and advertising is allowed, the email and phone number you entered are hashed (scrambled one-way with SHA-256) by Google's tag in your browser before being sent, so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click ("enhanced conversions"). Cookies: _gcl_* (90 days).
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (advertising). Tells Meta (Facebook, Instagram) about page views, pricing views, enquiries, demo bookings, completed audits and clicks on our contact links, so it can measure and improve our ads. When you send us a form or book a demo and advertising is allowed, our server also sends that event to Meta (Conversions API) with your IP address and browser type and, for forms, your email and phone number as SHA-256 hashes (we never send them unhashed, and our server doesn't store them). For the rest of that visit the same hashes are also given to the Pixel in your browser. Cookies: _fbp, _fbc (90 days).
  • Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Heatmaps and session recordings showing where people click and scroll, tagged with the page type, pricing currency, campaign source and whether a form was sent. Text you type into forms is masked. Recordings are kept for 30 days. Cookies: _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day).

If you reject (or switch both options off), none of these tools load, so Google, Meta and Microsoft receive nothing from your visit. If you allow only one category, Google's tag runs with Google Consent Mode set to match, and the other tools stay off. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) for 6 months, then we ask again. We also keep the ad or link you arrived from in your browser for the current visit only (session storage), and include it with any form you send us.

05Your choices

You can change your cookie choice at any time with (also in the footer of every page). Clearing your browser's site data resets it. You can ask us to access or delete any information you've sent us by emailing sales@admindsai.com.
